Jianshe’s Visit – May 2011
‘Sheng sheng bu yi wei zhi Dao.’ – briefly translated means: ‘All things in the Universe are always changing and improving – this is the Dao’. As human beings, when we improve and change every day we feel good! The real purpose of Qigong is not just to practice but to keep improving ourselves; our health, our energy levels, our zest for life.
Qigong movements are a simple but effective way to improve our flow of Qi, or energy. Many of our thoughts waste our Qi, so Qigong also uses our mind to focus inside to become clear; to find that our thoughts affect our health, emotions – every action. When we can master Qi, then we are can change our life.
