It’s all about Neuroplasticity these days people!

It’s a very simple equation: –
Mind outside (wandering the shopping mall) = toxin build up inside the body, no chance to enable the healing functions.

Mind Inside (Meditation and being in the Qigong state) = healing

Mind Inside long enough (A daily Meditation practice) = permanent physical changes to the brain (and body) – Neuroplasticity

When you enable the healing state, anything in the body can be changed. (See my article on changing ones genetic structure!)
