A simple yet powerful meditation technique


Jeremy’s version of the Getting in the Gap meditation. This was resurrected by Dr Wayne Dyer from a teacher of his and an ancient India tradition called Japa.
Jeremy, having lived in London for many years, and travelled on the Underground daily, decided to take Wayne’s “Getting in The Gap” meditation and rename it – “Mind The Gap!” (It’s a joke derived from the Underground safety announcements, but also works quite well with ‘Mind’ in the title!) – This is one of the EASIEST ways to begin to learn the discipline needed to meditate successfully, yet a powerful tool to continue to use all through life.
